1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 75pak game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 75pak game website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available through the platform at 75pakgame.win.

By completing the 75pak game registration process, accessing your account via the 75pak game Login portal, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 75pak game platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 75pak game is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 75pak game operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any person found to be under 18 at the time of registration will have their account immediately closed, all deposits returned, and all winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted without the express written consent of 75pak game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 75pak game is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 75pak game or any of its affiliated technology or gaming partners.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 75pak game platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

75pak game may, at its sole discretion, decline to register an account without providing a reason for refusal. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features of the platform pending completion of any required identity verification steps.

4. Account Security & 75pak game Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 75pak game Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not permit any third party to access your account.

75pak game strongly recommends enabling two-factor verification (2FA) on your account. This is available through the Security section of your account settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

• You must notify 75pak game immediately by contacting support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 75pak game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out from your 75pak game account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility until you formally notify 75pak game of a security breach.
• You must not use automated scripts, bots, or any other software to access the 75pak game Login portal or any part of the platform.

5. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on 75pak game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, and other payment methods as listed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is 200 PKR. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though higher-tier VIP members may be eligible for elevated transaction limits as outlined in the VIP programme terms.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. 75pak game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts held jointly with non-members, or anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your 75pak game wallet.
• 75pak game does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of the platform.
• 75pak game reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number) before processing any withdrawal.

6. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 75pak game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank withdrawals may take up to 1 to 2 business days.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money balance (your deposits and qualifying winnings) is available for withdrawal at any time.
• 75pak game reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks — including requesting CNIC documentation — before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure applied to all members.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 75pak game may temporarily place a hold on a withdrawal request while an investigation is conducted. Members will be notified of any such hold via the support email registered to their account.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & Weekly Rewards

75pak game offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Weekly Rewards cashback, and special event promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of each promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to real-money (withdrawable) funds once the applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, sports betting, Cockfighting, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• 75pak game reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or limit access to any bonus at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of a bonus is suspected.
• Weekly Rewards cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited to member accounts every Monday. Cashback amounts are denominated in PKR and are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games available on the 75pak game platform — including Jackpot Slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified random number generation processes to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by professional studio dealers with real-time video streaming and are subject to the rules of the respective live studio provider.

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or telecommunications disruption during a live game round, 75pak game reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes placed on that round to the players' wallets. This is the sole remedy available in the event of a game failure; 75pak game does not guarantee any specific outcome or pay theoretical winnings from a voided round.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are binding. Bets may not be cancelled or altered by the member after confirmation.
• Obvious errors in odds, payout tables, or game rules (including software errors that generate clearly incorrect payouts) do not create any obligation on 75pak game to honour such results. 75pak game will correct and void any such round and return the applicable stakes.
• For sports betting markets, 75pak game follows standard industry settlement rules for each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the 75pak game support team's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75pak game platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any identity verification process.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including but not limited to depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity ("chip dumping").
• Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") or accessing the platform through another person's account.
• Participating in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 75pak game platform — including but not limited to the 75pak game brand name, logo, website design, game assets, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 75pak game or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 75pak game platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 75pak game.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

75pak game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to the collection and use of your personal information.

75pak game will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions (for example, sharing your payment details with Easypaisa or JazzCash to process a deposit), or as otherwise outlined in the Privacy Policy. 12. Responsible Gaming

75pak game takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all registered members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your 75pak game account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 75pak game account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. This is a firm, irreversible commitment. To initiate self-exclusion, contact 75pak game support.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75pak game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your real-money deposits made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75pak game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the platform, even if 75pak game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

75pak game does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or factors outside 75pak game's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions within Pakistan) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 75pak game will not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

14. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your 75pak game account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

75pak game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The registered member is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been opened or used in a jurisdiction where the 75pak game service is prohibited.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request requires the closure or freezing of the account.

15. Amendments to These Terms

75pak game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 75pak game will notify registered members by displaying a notice on the platform and/or sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the member's account.

Continued use of the 75pak game platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 75pak game arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 75pak game's support team to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial dispute notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents 75pak game from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce account closure decisions made under Section 14 of these Terms.
